PLATE ROLLS
2-roll, 3-roll and 4-roll plate rolls from thin to heavier plate bending with thicknesses up to over 300 mm.
ANGLE ROLLS
3 or 4-roll profile, tube & beam benders. Ideal to bend steel with a section modulus up to 20,000 cm3.
HEAD FORMING LINES
Automatic dishing presses with manipulators that can handle blank diameters up to 12000 mm, hydroforming presses that excel in forming plates up to 8 mm thick and flanging machines that can handle cold forming up to 80 mm while hot spinning can go up to 200 mm.
SPECIAL MACHINES
Onshore & offshore wind tower plate rolling systems, bending rolls for foundation manufacturing (tripods, jackets, floating, monopiles and TPs), heavy-duty bending rolls for pressure vessel, shipbuilding & aerospace and plate levelling machines.
